Set within nine acres of parkland estate, Weetwood Hall in Leeds is one of the most successful meeting venues in the North of England. It has been awarded the rare AIM Gold accreditation from the Meetings Industry Association in 2010 and more recently, it has also been awarded Investors in People (IIP) Gold status for the way it develops, motivates and rewards its staff. It is the largest and most flexible four-star conference centre in the North of England.
Weetwood Hall combines the original features of the 17th century Manor House along with 'state-of-the-art' technology found within the purpose built 37 room conference centre.
Weetwood Hall's location, just 4 miles from Leeds City Centre and 4 miles from Leeds Bradford Airport, make it an ideal meeting point along with its 106 en-suite rooms, superb facilities and ample free parking.
All of the conference and syndicate rooms have full networking capabilities. The Cookridge Suite has a secure intranet to enable PC training. In addition, the Lawnswood Suite and Headingley Suite have ceiling mounted video cameras to relay pictures either to the rear of the Suite or to other conference rooms.
A Mobile Office Unit is also available for conference organisers.
Weetwood Hall have also recently unveiled an innovative Data Conferencing Suite that uses SMART* technology to deliver a new breed of meetings in the conference centre of Weetwood Hall. The new suite along with the Ideas & Inspiration Room and Creative Thinking Room is part of the hotel's conference and meetings facilities. Users of the Data Conferencing Suite can benefit from the innovative technology that provides access for local and remote participants who can work and make notes on the same documents simultaneously.
