Stunning Austrian chandeliers hang from the high ceiling and warm lighting add to the romantic atmosphere of the room. Fresh, regional produce is used to create delicious cuisine accompanied by an extensive wine list.

- Breakfast is served from 7.30am to 9.30am all week. For those guests wishing to take breakfast before 7.30am, a small continental selection is available.
- Sunday Lunch is served in Berties Restaurant from 12.30pm to 2.30pm on Sundays only. Lunch is served daily in the Library Bar, which offers a selection of light snacks and hot meals from 12.00pm to 2.00pm and afternoon tea from 2.00pm to 3.00pm.
- Dinner is served from 7.00pm to 9.30pm all week.
- Normal price £27.95 per person for a three-course table d'hote dinner in Berties Restaurant. Customers booking accommodation can book in advance on the Classic British Hotels website at an advance purchase price of £25.95.
