Ramside offers two exceptional dining experiences.

The Rib Room Steakhouse & Grill

The Rib Room Steakhouse & Grill is a French style Brasserie with steaks the house specialty. In the brand new kitchens the Chef and his team cook each steak to order with succulent perfection. In addition to steak an extensive brasserie style menu is on offer complemented by over 150 wines. Unique to the Rib Room is an on view 'Meat Locker' where cuts of Durham bred cattle is matured.

Pembertons Rotisserie & Carvery

Pembertons Rotisserie & Carvery is open all day every day serving breakfasts, coffee, snacks, lunches and dinner until 10.00pm. A vast array of fresh, hot and cold food is served, including a Sunday roast every day of the week, cook to order steaks and freshly fried fish, daily specials, salad bar, fresh vegetables, homemade desserts & patisserie, and coffee & tea menu.

Two bars

Pembertons bar is an integral part of the Rotisserie & Carvery. The Main bar is the hotel's original bar and has a pub style atmosphere
