- General: Persons aged under 14 years must vacate the leisure facilities by 18:00.
- Swimming pool: Persons aged under 16 years must be supervised by an adult swimmer whilst using the pool. There is a maximum capacity of 24 people in the swimming pool at any one time.
- Whirlpool spa: Persons aged under 14 years are not allowed to use the whirlpool spa. There is a maximum capacity of 5 people in the whirlpool spa at any one time.
- Sauna and steam room: Persons aged under 14 years are not allowed to use the sauna and steam room. There is a maximum capacity of 6 people in each facility at any one time.
- Gymnasium: Persons aged under 16 years are not allowed to use the gymnasium.
- Dance studio: There is a maximum capacity of 7 people in the dance studio at any one time.
- Changing rooms: Persons aged over 7 years must use the respective single sex changing room.
- Spa treatments: A consent form signed by a parent or guardian is required before any spa treatment can be given to any persons aged under 18 years. Treatments are not offered to persons aged under 16 years, with the exception of nail care treatments.
