Nailcote Hall is ideally located southeast of Birmingham, west of Coventry and north of Warwick, just 10 minutes drive from Birmingham International Airport/Railway station and the National Exhibition Centre (NEC). A courtesy Bus is available on request when four or more guests are travelling together from or to Birmingham International Railway station, airport or NEC. The 17th Century Country House played host to Cromwells Troops at the time of the destruction of Kenilworth Castle at the end of the English Civil War.
The word 'Nailcote' is believed to be derived from the Norman French word for armourer and that the first owner of the property may have been given a grant of land for services rendered during the Norman Conquest. The name was still in use and is recorded during the reign of Edward III (1327 - 1377).
