Persons aged 13 years or over, who are competent swimmers, may use the pool unaccompanied. Children aged 9 to 12 years inclusive, who are competent swimmers, must pass a pool test to allow them to swim without parental supervision (parents must remain on-site). Children under the age of 9 years must be accompanied in the water by an adult swimmer at all times. All non-swimmers must be accompanied in the water by a competent swimmer, with a maximum of two children per adult
Please note that the Life Fitness gymnasium is for persons aged 16 years and above. Before you use the gymnasium you must complete an induction. The Blitz Youth Gym is for persons aged 10 to 16 years
The Crèche is suitable for children aged 6 months to 8 years
