Hatherley Manor Hotel, Gloucester, is an elegant 17th century manor house that is renowned as a high quality, professional conference venue. Hatherley Manor has six excellent conference rooms ranging from large self-contained suites to beautiful, private board rooms. All of the rooms are on the ground floor and have free wireless internet access.
The Hatherley Suite has been recently redesigned and refurbished to a very high standard. This expansive room has high ceilings, private access, foyer cloakrooms and a reception/syndicate suite which opens out into the walled garden. The Hatherley Suite also has drive-in access, making it ideal for new car launches, and it accommodates up to 400 delegates.
Hatherley Manor is also an ideal venue for team building events and outdoor pursuits - the hotel is set in mature grounds with an extensive front lawn, two very large grassy fields, a unique walled garden and a beautiful orchard.
Previous events that have been held within the hotel grounds include a Wild West 'It's a Knockout' charity day comprising of twenty teams, motor shows and product launches (the grounds offer easy access for commercial vehicles and HGVs). The field areas are also ideal for large scale outdoor activities such as motorised sports, athletic events and large inflatables.
The orchard is located alongside the fields and can be incorporated into team building activities taking place in the open space. The walled garden offers an excellent stage for a range of outdoor activities such as archery. Croquet, lawn darts, giant Jenga and hoopla are all available for use in the gardens areas. The front lawn is large and level and available for lighter team building events. Delicious BBQs and Pig Roasts can be arranged for group events.
Free car parking is available for up to 300 vehicles. A helicopter landing pad is also available on-site.
