- Anise is a fine dining restaurant which has been awarded 2 AA Rosettes for its excellent food. The menu combines traditional dishes and modern, inventive cuisine, served amidst elegant, contemporary surroundings - subtly lit shades of cream, grey and black. Dining in Anise is a great experience for anyone who is passionate about food and drink, its flavour and presentation. The restaurant is renowned for its exceptional service and it hosts 5-course gourmet evenings on certain dates.

- Lunch is served from 12.00 noon to 2.00pm Monday to Friday and from 12.30pm to 2.00pm on Saturday & Sunday

- The QUBE Bar
- The QUBE Bar is the chic hotel cocktail bar - a fashionable venue to meet friends for relaxing drink. The QUBE Bar also offers a great bar menu.
