- Breakfast is served from 7.00am to 9.30am Monday to Friday, from 7.00am to 10.00am on Saturday and from 8.00am to 10.30am on Sundays.
- Lunch is served from 12.00pm to 2.30pm all week. Bar snacks are also available from 12.00pm to 6.00pm.
- Dinner is served from 6.00pm to 9.30pm all week.
- Last Orders for Dinner is 9.30pm

- More informal restaurant opening into the cobbled courtyard, the Villiers Bar has a Jacobean atmosphere with its dominant inglenook fireplace, flagstone floor and oak paneling. Traditional English ales and imaginative informal meals make this a popular venue for both hotel and local residents.
